how do i get this effect .. ?
hi:) i saw these photos on a girls blog and i loved the semi vintage worn out effect she had , almost dreamy .. but then again i don't want blurred ? because that's often what people think of dreamy as , anyway ALSO i loved the hearts she had in the picture .. the multicolored almost 'light up' hearts and i wondered how you could get that .. i have photoshop cs4 and iphoto so any help or suggestions/tutorials would be great , thanks a bunch ! X

( oh and for that one , i really like the fade of color really lightly in the corner , so if you know how to do that .. anything is great ! )
