what's a good free photo edditting program like photoshop mi have photoshopCS3 but it's a trial and it sux
it doesn't have everythign I need
I want one where I can fill the bg with patterns and stripes and belond 2 picstures together and have text that looks good.
i want a free one
please help
GIMP or Paint.net are good photo editing programs that are free
Most of the high end photo editing software that does amazing stuff these days are pretty expensive.
But Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 is pretty nice, it's old though, but it's really cheap too around $22, and it gives you the basic tools that you would find in Adobe photoshop CS2 or CS3
I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 lol even older, but I'm happy with it.
