Layer and move tool help in photoshop?
when ever i try to move a layer which is underneath another layer, it deselects that layer, and re-selects the layer which is on top not always the top layer but always above the layer I'm trying to move, forcing me to move that layer when i don't want to.
It just started happening out of nowhere. its getting really annoying I'm having to scale everything just to move it.
It never used to do that, it just started happening out of nowhere
in the top bar of your screen, deselect the option to "auto-select" this is at the top left of your screen when using the move tool. it can be a useful feature but is annoying if it happens unexpectedly.
