how do i resize a layer in photoshop so that it is to the same scale as another layer?
ive got one layer in my image, then i imported another, but it is wayyy to big relative to the 1st layer. how to i scale down the 2nd one so that they are about the same relative size???
Select the layer you want to change and go to Edit | Free Transform or just use the key shortcut of Ctrl+T
