How I can scan and color a picture in photoshop?
Yes, I know how to scan and blah, blah, blah, blah, but I wondered what the best course of action is to look better. In the event that the ink lines first Pecile, or do something with it in photoshop? I'm not sure how the color with Photoshop whatever, but I'm sure it would be able to understand this on my own practice. But before this, I have to know what to do first. . . Please help!
