SKY TV logo effect in photoshop?
Anybody any ideas how to re-create the sky tv logo effect in photoshop, a glass effect with the image underneath

Any help would be greatly appreciated and i've already tried googling it! Ta!

the sky logo on that site isn't very big, so it's hard to tell how similar it is to the tutorial but it'd be fairly similar - the tutorial though has a larger 'drop shadow' whereas the sky logo has very little, and a subtler highlight too.
