question is where do i get this type of photoshop brush?
Ironically enough, these snowflakes are symbols that may be accessed on certain font keys.
For instance, on a Mac I would use Zapf Dingbats, lower case, letters "d" through "h".
Most likely you will find the same symbols on the PC font Webdings.
If you have the font Monotype Sorts, there are some really nice snowflakes on lower case letters "d" through "j."
You will be able to make these whatever size, color, shade, etc. just like you would work with a font. For example, the ones on the sample you reference, are probably 20% black.
If you experiment with fonts, you will find that by pressing the option or control key, sometimes with the caps key, will often times surprise you with some kind of symbol.
Best wishes!
EDIT: It is plagiarism to take something from someone else's art, which is against the law, and unethical in the design field as well. Furthermore, if you take something off of your example photo, it looks like it is a photo, so it will be raster art (pixels) and not vector art (smooth continuous line) as the snowflake fonts will be. Also, it is a low resolution, probably 72 ppi, and who would want that?Beware of people telling you to do things that are not right.
Made snowflakes on sumo then made photoshop brush out of it.
