Know a good web-site to download Photoshop CS4 Tutorials?

I'm not meaning the actual system. Just video tutorials on how to do things in Photoshop. Such as typography, smoke effects, etc. I don't have good connection at home so picture tutorials are to blurry/pixely to see.
So I'm looking for somewhere I could download video tutorials or zip files of tutorials with step by step instruction.

Other than websites and tutorials

i recommend you download psd files of effects or drawing or so.. and observe how its done, and do like it..

this is really a good way of learning that not alot of people do..
